ASICS CHARITY RUN


Now, something a little different from collecting toy soldiers:
Our co-founder Blake Reade is competing in a sponsored charity run at the ASICS 10 Kilometre run for Young Children & People Come First (YPACF), on the 10th July in London.
Your support is kindly requested if you have a few seconds to read and contribute to a great cause. If everyone here who receives this newsletter donated $1 we would raise over $2000 for this great charity. Here is a little bit of blurb about the charity:
YPACF gives a home to young people (aged 16-25) who are leaving care or who are homeless.


We currently have three houses in West Berkshire; Cornerstone, Rebecca House and Hope House here in the UK.


All our young residents are provided with personalised support in a family environment, helping them to develop life skills such as cooking on a budget and money management, as well as recreational activities with other residents and support getting into education, training or work.


Our residents have typically experienced varying challenges during their childhood. We provide them with a stable home, emotional support and practical help during this crucial time as they move into independent adulthood.


With 26% of care leavers going on to experience homelessness the support we provide is vital and we rely on the generous support of amazing supporters.
