I started by studying all the pics I found about the Juno Beach Atlantic Wall.
I found that the wall is +/- 1.75-2times the hight of an average man. An average man measures 1,75m.
So the hight of the wall is 3m .In 1/30 scale = 10cm. Length is not an issue, you can make your wall as long as you like

I made a drawing for the 3d printer ( see below) . I have 4 straight wall sections and 2 curved sections ;

This is what came out of the 3d printer .

The purpose of the following exercise is to give the wall a better "concrete" look
1.Use a filler or plaster to cover the total surface of the wall ( I used Polyfilla elastic filler)
2.When dry cover the surface with some arylic concrete paste ( Abteilung 502 ref: P509/grey)
3.When dry, use a sharp needle or knife to carve the detail of the wooden planks holding the wet concrete.
4.Use some thin string to imitate the gabs between the planks
5. Cover the string with concrete paste ;

When dry, you can start painting the wall. I used several tones of grey, some rust wash and some AK slimy grime light and dark.
The small poles on top of the wall are made out of balsa wood covered with concrete paste . Now you can also start adding more detail, barbed wire .. etc ....
