I found them at The Hobby Bunker. They have been identified as Matel figures for The Love Boat toy. There are six in suits and dresses, sports clothes, and bathing suits.

Simple but very effective. Are the tombstones from the Halloween collection? I always check the Halloween and Christmas displays and the Home improvement stores. I got tombstones and a guillotine last year. They cover several different time periods and the figures are in close enough scale in several lines that they fit in well with 1/32.
