For those of you interested in Department 56 Trees that Andy has in his various dioramas, go to the following link: http://www.oaklanddrugs.com/acatalo...EY=department%2056&OVMTC=standard&CatalogBody

I am not a salesrep for Oakland Drugs, only a K&C collector who has used this supplier for many of my diorama materials. They offer free shipping on orders over $25 and are price competitive with other Dept. 56 suppliers. Just use the search option for "trees" and make your choice between the many they offer. Shipping is very fast. Enjoy. :)

Thanks very much for the source, Speaking of diorama supplies, years back I bought a grass mat that was like real grass, not the dyed green saw dust glued to a mat. Anybody know of a source for that?

Look in model railroad shops .I think theres a German RModel RR co. called NOCH that makes some nice rolled matts of Static grass .Also in smaller sheets and slightly different shades.
I bought 2 felt cobblestone print matts about 18" x 30" at a Michaels craft Store a few years ago which are great for My Napoleonic and WW2 villages.Have looked for more without any luck.
FUBAR :(

I just bought a brick mat and a stone mat at Big Lots for $9.99 each. They are pretty nice looking. They are in the Christmas section, they also have a foam style flat base that is snow covered that would fit the new winter Tiger perfect.

Thanks for the tip Flammenpanzer. I picked up a brick and stone mat also. This is some of the stuff that Mark Vuncannon uses for his dioramas.
