I bought this early K&C set recently and just received it. So the descrition of the item says...

Trophy 54mm Blenheim (?) Sudan
•Excellent condition

I understood from the beginning it was actually K&C and not Trophy but the problem is the whole left foot/part of the shin is missing. I examined the photo (plural) and didn't notice the missing foot...when arrived and in my hand it becomes obvious, as well obvious in the photo. Do you treefroggers think this was a un-noticed error by the seller, or a hopeful sale the buyer would not mention the break and call him an amputee?

I know this seller and have become dissatisfied with some of the items I purchased from him in the last year. Terrible packing and figures arrived damaged. I had known him before that and sent him some friendly emails, which were ignored. So, do I think your issue is accidental? No, I don't, sad to say.

I'm not sure what to make of his reply...but it sounds like he has agreed to a partial refund per my request...I will call him an amputee and live with it, should one day come that i feel like building a foot, then I will post the repair. Here is his intoxicated response (LOL) Keep in mind the picture is the original ad picture!
