When did the WS, DD and NA series begin? What was before those series?

I'm not home and need to consult my brochures but before the present day Napoleonics, there were glossy Napoleonics and they, as did the WS, started around 1993. DD is after Private Ryan, 1998-1999, not quite sure without the brochures.

I gave a pretty darn detailed answer to this question a couple of years ago shortly after I joined the forum. Maybe Brad can pull up the old thread, which gives what amounts to a synopsis of the book in one very long post on the history of K&C.

NA and WS started in 1993?! New releases must have been few and far between.
