I repainted the below K&C LVT

I just have to add a couple of white stars, number and various other insignias and I will be totally finished.

Nick: OUTSTANDING JOB on the LVT!!! Most of them were painted without camo colors, as the seawater did a job on them long-term.

Now if we can just get a flame-throwing sherman!!!!..............Stryker

Good looking repaint. Just what were the actual colors at Iwo Jima for the LVTs. Is the K&C camo scheme accurate? Were there different types of color schemes?

BTW wwiibuff, I think is on the right track with the paint application, see the two other examples I saw of other modelers take on the LVT.

I will have to check some of my sources, but I think MOST vehicles were the common gray color or green............Stryker

Thanks guys. I've seen a lot of blue and green painted LVT's .
You have to check out my $8.00 BMC LVT conversion and repaint.
