K & C Napoleon Figure (1 Viewer)

I noticed a single figure of Napoleon standing up alone in one of the K&C flyers, has anyone seen this figure before and can they tell me if it was one of the free figures from joining the club from a couple of years ago?? Its in Collectors Book #2, page 3. Now if this figure does exist I will be lookingfor it next...if anyone know anything about it or has one for sale or knows where one is please let me know....
