K&C Questions for West Coaster (2 Viewers)

With the West Coaster coming up I thought it might be good to start a thread were those of us not attending can beg those attending to find out the answers to their questions. I thought I saw that Steve Chong has started Similar thread but I cannot find it now.

My questions concern the new K&C Civil War line

1. What scale is it going to be? (I am begging Andy to go to 32 scale so that all my Conte and Brittan’s will still be good)

2. Will it be matt or glossy?

3. When will it be coming out?

I appreciate anything anyone can do to get answers to these vital questions.

You might have missed this post from Andy about a month or so ago:

"I’ve had a few enquiries about our upcoming American Civil War figures — the series will be in matt finish and the scale approx 1:31 to complement other existing Civil War from other companies."

Can't remember when the series will be launched though.

I think in the latest news from K & C UK, the date was April.

Thanks Shannon & Brad. I did miss the post from Andy. I am much heartened that I will be able to display my other Civil War soldiers with King and Country. Thanks for the information and I hope they come out in April.

I'd like to know if we will be getting Germans as well as Brits in the new Arnhem series.I know Brad has said Andy doesn't want to give away how many will be released,but i was wondering if we will have new German troops.Of course i could just try and have the patience of a 43yr old instead of a 7yr old and wait...but its not easy!!

Who or what is the German General with the white jacket that comes as part of the WS92 "Tour of Inspection" set?

You know you're talking big money for a Horsa. This would be one of those special projects and because of its size, I would think something like this would be $1,200 and up.
