They look fantastic , I,ve held of on the charge figures due to
the high value of the almighty pound . But these guys look like
breaking the bank .

Tony,
These look great! Are those two elevated figures in the back on horseback?
This is going to make a superb diorama!
Semper Fi!

Fantastic! Who can resist these? Just sad I won't be able to get as many as appear in the photos.

Holy crap (do I have censor myself for saying that )! Unbelievable!

Looks like costs of the individual figures have gone up about $7.

I sort of figured these guys would come in around $50 apiece in that a lot of manufacturers seem to charge a bit more for the tartan clad items, which I assume reflects increased production costs. Is that about right, Tony? :)

MD

Stunning display!

Hate to think how much it would cost to replicate that in my collection. Maybe equal in price to your average Warbird. No there is no such thing as an average Warbird! How can they make me so happy and so sad at the same time, I collect to many ranges and cannot be hard on my self enough to only collect one range

$52 each.

Guys

as stated in a previous thread not only is it the detail that has gone into the figures which has increased cost but at the same time there is a lot more costs coming out of the factory's in China. Mind these bad boys do weigh a good weight of metal!!

We have these priced below by the way where they should be Mike and Myself have been very conscious over the price. I can assure you that it is not going to wards mine or Mike's private yacht and island............we used the 1st wave for that!!!! (that of course is a joke!)

The picture is made up of all available in June figures set on box's etc

regards

Tony

I'm okay with the price and have all of the prior releases, several duplicates. In fact, I'll most likely duplicate the great photo that you have posted now that I've seen how they can be displayed. So.. nice marketing photo - it worked!

I really had intended to collect the 93rd, but with the dollar being about as bad as its ever been, I just can't afford what for a British or European collector is an excellent figure at a reasonable price. Bummer.:(

Hey Louis

And for a European it is even better as the Euro is better than the pound!!

Still its hard trying to price a product when the factors outside your control are getting higher and higher!

After all myself and Mike are collectors!!!

Tony

That is an impressive collection, pleasure seeing them displayed like that.

Since my 2nd wedding anniversary is coming up next month and in conjunction with my first Father's Day, my wife ordered me some stuff yesterday from TF. I already had received CRW001 - CRW003 from her as a Christmas present last year. She bought the following sets for me last night:

CRW004 Russian gun crew
CRW005 Mounted 17th bugler
CRW006 Lord Cardigan
CRW007 Russian cannon with dead gunner
CRW018 Mounted Captain Morris, 17th Lancers
CRW019 Mounted Russian Hussar Charging
CRW020 Mounted Russian Hussar Engaging
NA0149 Russian Artillery set

I must say that isn't too shabby! :D

Though I know the least history on the Crimean War out of all the time periods I collect,(by far I might add) they are the best quality range that K&C produces in my opinion.

Anyway, I have an awesome wife! She is a keeper.

My wife did the same thing the other day but put it on my credit card. I asked her what was the point of that I'm gonna have to pay for it anyway. She said "it was the thought that counted". I'm just glad it was only a $29.00 piece since I just pre-ordered the 88.
