Gday Pete.
I got a FW013 Kaisers Staff Car from - www.montystoysoldiers.com.au - @AUS$110.00 about a month ago and his site says he has one left, he is a a part time dealer in Alice Springs and is a bit slow to up date his site, but you might be lucky. I myself am chasing FW002 & FW003 so if you find extra ones for sale please let me know.
