Hi Guys,

Yes I know I'm a dyed in the wool WW2 collector, but am also casting my eye over K&C's ACW range and am loving what I see. The Confederate Cavalry are superb with the General Lee mounted figure the best in my view. So I was just wondering what you guys think may be next for this range?. Perhaps some artillery or maybe some of the fabled 20th Maine?. I'd like to see Andy make some more of the personalities of the conflict as they really do have interest. I'd also like to see more Battlefield items such as fences wagons etc.

Err......shouldn't you be entertaining guests B-Day Boy? {sm0}

They haven't done any in a while so you would think something should be announced soon. On the other hand, it's not really a big range for them either. The one company that seems most dedicated to ACW is Britains.

Brad, you are corrrect that ACW is not a major range for K&C, but it has been historically well supported by them. Since the start of the "new" CW series, there has been three different Union releases (1 is counting the Brady photo) and several confederate releases including marching, fighting, generals, cavalry, caring for the wounded, and camp life scenes.

As Rob mentions, the one main thing missing is an ACW artillery release.

Don't get me wrong: I like the releases and have many of them but it's a smaller range for them that we will see every now and then. I'd like to see comething out for July Gettysburg-related.
