Any recommendations of 54mm-1/32 plastic kilted soldiers suitable for regiments in the AWI and/or ACW (yes, there was one {sm4})? TIA.

Steve Weston had some I think they were called death productions?
I never purchased any but they looked pretty cool.

I believe the OP was for kilt-wearing troops from the Am Rev or Civil War, not "killed" figures. Just clarifying. If I'm mistaken, sorry about that.

Yup, kilted - it's OK if they're dead, as long as they're wearing a "skirt". {sm4}

Tradition of London have a kilted figure available painted or as casting for a kilted figure:-
T54 364 Private 79th New York State Militia. This era is well outside my normal area of operation/interest so no idea if it is a fair representation of this militia or not.

:cool:
The link is for the casting. Hope is of some use.

Thanks - that figure looks like a pretty good representation of the 79th. AFAIK, it was the only ACW unit that wore kilts, and then probably only on parade. They also had tartan trousers early in the war, but ended up in Union blue.
