Wanted as a gift. Sentimental reasons. As image below

These are very, very hard to find and if you should be lucky to find one, it will be rather expensive.

You know if you think outside the box, & w/ how many Napoleonic soldiers K&C has, you could design your own chess set. Back in the eighties, I did just that very same thing w/ designing a chess set from 20mm Lord of the Rings figures & hand painting the board & building the background from scratch.

Granted, using K&C figures might cost upwards to $2,000.00, including the chess board, but it would be fun creating your own design. That would make a nice one of a kind display!

years ago I made chess sets depicting Waterloo, Gettysburg, American Revolution, Roman Civil War and Medieval knights.
I Painted my own Imrie-Risely and Stadden figures as well as painted Tradition, Glossy Britains, Banners Forward and other
smaller makers.
Some I painted with a protective coating and mounted them on small wooden bases. I had a carpenter friend help me with
the boards and used either painting or photo etching under the squares.

I gave them all as gifts and they were very much appreciated. Its a great project for the times!
