I have 2 toy soldiers here. I cant tell where they are from or how old they are. Probably K&C early series?

Any information on these 2 figures will be greatly appreciated. Do pm me as well if you are interested in them. No boxes available for them.

# 29 and #21 if I'm not mistaken, and made by K&C.
