Hi Gary, we have been busy with the new house. We had to remodel and sell a home in NJ, and we had a second one here in Atlanta. We used it as storage for the last year since it had been our family home, but we finally decided to remodel and sell it. In the last two weeks it has been painted inside & outside. Had new hardwoods, and carpet installed. A new roof & gutters, 2 remodeled bathrooms a completely new kitchen with granite countertops, new windows & a new deck! All in 2 weeks, it will be finished by this weekend (we are waiting for the countertops) which will be a 3 weeks total for the project. It was listed Friday.

Hopefully I will be around a bit more but I do have a hundred or so boxes of stuff to go through downstairs. It's amazing what you acquire over time!
