KINGS X TEDDY ROOSEVELT ART CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN

1. ELIGIBILITY: Kings X Art Contest (“Teddy Roosevelt Art Contest") is open to individuals who are currently enrolled in a junior (middle) school or high school worldwide. Employees of Kings X and King & Country, their advertising or promotion agencies and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible.

2. SPONSOR: The Contest is sponsored by Kings X, 206 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, TX 78205 ("Sponsor").

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 am on July 10th, 2009 and ends at 11:59 pm on August 31th, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). Entries receive prior to or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. ENTRY: During Contest Period, go to sales@kingsx.com and e-mail your art no larger than 10mb in size. All entries must include name, address, phone and name of school currently attending. Submission will result in one (1) entry. You may enter as often as you like, but each submission must be unique. Each submission must have Teddy Roosevelt dressed in a Roughrider uniform or the entry will be void. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.
Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify any entries that they deem to be inappropriate. Submissions must be 100% your original work, and must not contain any third party material or content. You agree that the Sponsor owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work, or other derivative work created by the Sponsor using or incorporating your Submission.

6. JUDGING: Andy C. Neilson, Co-founder and Creative Director of King & Country (the "Judge") will select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from the High School and Middle School level based on the following criteria (the "Judging Criteria"): artistic skill (25%); presentation (25%); and creativity/originality (50%). In the event of a tie, the submissions involved in the tie will be reviewed by an additional judge according to the Judging Criteria. Decisions of judges in are final. A first, second and third prize for each level will be chosen based on the same criteria as above.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners via email (or Screen Name used to submit entry). Limit one (1) prize per household.

8. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (One winner for each Level) will receive a Teddy Roosevelt figure, Roughrider w/Regimental Flag, Roughrider w/National Flag and two Marching Roughriders. Grand Prize Winner will also receive a copy of a hand signed sketch of Roosevelt drawn by Andy Neilson. One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a Roosevelt figure and a Roughrider w/ National Flag. One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive a Roosevelt figure and a Marching Roughrider (1) Third Prize Winner will receive a Roosevelt figure.

9. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas.

10. CONTEST RESULTS: To request the names of the winners, send a self addressed stamped envelope to Kings X 206 Alamo Plaza, SA TX 78205
