Wondering if someone can id this figure. The writing in the middle of the underside of the base says:

Sir William Ferrers of Groby
English 1336
Made in England

Thanks.

It is from a series called Panoply which features knights from the battle of Poitiers in 1356. They were sold individually in rather plain cardboard boxes with a yellow label sealing the box lid. I originally had about 18 of them, but sold them to Bob W. since he had the castles to display them in. I believe that the sculptor was Keith Over of Whittlesey Miniatures.

Mike,

Thanks for the identification. A friend of mine who has several items he wants me to sell gave it to me and I had no idea who did it but I was sure that either you or Brad the Baron would know.

Thanks again.
