Did you add them as links, or as attachments? I see nothing in the quoted texts of your posts to indicate that there were any image links or attachments.
I doubt that your posted were edited. I suspect you made an error in adding the images. I suggest that you try again to add your images, repeat your process, and see if it works or if the images still don't show.

OK, I missed your original post. I can see that there is something there.
I still don't think your post was edited, as in, edited or even censored, but it looks rather like something has happened to the image. Was it a link to a photo hosting site, was it an attachment?
I do stand by my suggestion to try posting it again and see what happens.
