I found a French site that has copies of this racy French military magazine from before World War One. It's "profusely illustrated" (no photos) but was scanned in black and white while originals were in color. They have issues on-line from 1902, 4, 6, 7, 10, and 11. Lot's of illustrations of pre WW I French officers and soldiers with actresses, dancers, and girlfriends.
