I picked one up when it was first released. It's a great looking figure. Not much in the way of naval stuff out there so I grabbed it to stick close to the review stand. It's not retired so not sure why it's not available? Have you tried TofT or Kings X if Treefrog is out?

It's on backorder with King & Country with a restock date of somewhere between now and December '08. They expect to have most of their backorders replenished by December.

Tried everyone I could think of, and then some. Even put a note in a bottle

and tossed it into the Chattahoochee River........still waiting. Of course I have

it on backorder. Just wondering whats up?

Yours was one of the first sights I went to. No one has it, I went down the list of dealers from the King & Country website, dealers I never heard of!

Every time you click to "Buy" you get the same "Out of Stock" Strange.

Regarding that figure, they were in good supply when they first came out, I sold quite afew of them, then they went out of stock and as Shannon said, will be restocked at some point between now and December......

Capitolron to the resuce!

I've been looking for this piece for several months now with no luck.

I even posted a thread to see if anyone had by chance picked up this figure.

While making a few phone calls today, I received a message from Capitolron.

This weekend while visiting Gettysburg he saw the figure, remembered my

thread and bought it for me. I'm stunned!

Thats a really nice gesture!

A little while ago Ron traveled to Paris and offered to pick up the

Joan of Arc figure on his visit there. I thought this was a very nice offer,

since he would have to hand carry each one home for the Forum members.

I just wanted to thank Ron, for his thoughtfulness, actions often speak

louder then words!

I would say this is a good indication that WWII naval figures are popular and marketable and I hope we will see more like these from K&C including the navies of the other nations involved in the war.
