"large" Monarch figures (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know where I can get pieces like this? It's approximately 12 inches tall. Seems to be mass produced as it has a bar code on the bottom.

Oh, OK, "monarch" as in "ruler", not the now-defunct line of kit figures produced by the late August Benkert.

The first things that come to mind that are anywhere near to similar to these would be the Stadden statuette series, and that's only because they're of a relatively larger size. I don't think that series includes any monarchs, though I may be mistaken. We've got some older threads on those figures, and it'll be worth having a look there again. If I see anything in my travels or in my references, I'll post back.
