Larry and his Buddy get a new posting to a Top Secret base. But getting on their Chief's wrong side on arrival they find themselves pushing broom and mopping out.
Larry spills some water in experimental room and smoke starts coming out of this odd tunnel, so he turns to his buddy and says give me a hand drying this up.
