Hello All,
Long time listener, first time caller.
I would be interested in seeing more late, late war pieces. I got into KC for the Battle of Berlin pieces, and while I don't have a lot of money to spend, I purchased every set.
As for late war pieces, I think that there's already a lot of armor out there. I would love to see Volksgrenadier, however. Properly designed, a piece could double for either Bulge or Berlin lines.
There are a number of interesting weapons that the Germans were using at the end of the war. The Volksgewehr 45, for example. A "vehicle" that could be interesting to see would be the Borgward B IV (a strange choice, but unique. I think it could be combined with a pair of Volksgrenadier for a terrific set).

I know that Russians are no longer in the cards (such a shame, but understandable). Pperhaps some US or UK troops from the Rhineland campaign. Once again, I believe they could sell if they're kitted out properly.

Welcome aboard, Buzz. I also would like to see some late war stuff, particularly a Pershing Tank or a British Comet Tank.

Welcome Buzz hope you enjoy the forum,i echo Louis here, would love a Comet.

Welcome Buzz (Lightyear?)

Volksgrenadier is an excellent suggestion, and i'll add to that with old folks of the Volkstrumm and 7 year old Hitlerjugend boys. Old men and young boys armed with panzerschrecks. :D

hi buzz, glad your aboard.. i too love the late ww2 items, they work very well with my bbg collection, hopefully there are good things a coming our way in a month or so......sammy

Welcome to the forum Buzz :)

I'm interested in late war pieces as well. There is a lot of confusion around Volksgrenadier units and Volkssturm units. The former was a redesigned infantry division with less battalions and an emphasis on defensive firepower. while the latter was a largely ineffective militia.

If K&C won't do some Soviets for us maybe one of the other manufacturers will.

Here is an interesting late war "German" weapon. MP3008
