Late War 88mm Flak 37 Gun with the Behelfslafette Carriage (1 Viewer)

While I was hoping W. Britains would deliver their new US M3 Halftracks by the end of 2023, instead they released the new late war German 88mm Flak 37 gun with the Behelfslafette carriage…

That said, the new late war ‘88 is a fantastic model! I got the rebuild without shield version and it fits perfectly in my existing late war gun emplacement diorama

Dragoon, I agree that the rebuilt Flak 37 gun adds to the desperation of this scene and that was why I wanted that particular variant when Britains announced it. My previous version of this diorama from a few months back used the Britains Flak 36/37 gun set they released a couple years ago, which still worked pretty well. Rob, the base uses a section of cobblestone street paving made by Build-a-Rama covered over with some dirt, broken up bits of stucco, and wood chips/splinters from my yard with some JG Miniatures bricks and other bits mixed in. The sandbags and tank obstacles are from War Park. Thanks again everyone!

Great pics and a quality model you’ve made, WBritain! Some very late war flak gunners would be awesome... I used the “Battle of the Bulge” flak gun crew figures as they best achieved that late war, mismatched uniform look. They’re some of my favorite WWII Germans… Keep up your amazing work!
