Binder those look great!!! Thanks for posting I always like checking other people handy work and those look great. Very good ideas, I can see you also like to chop. You should post more of your conversion work on here.

You have to love these conte figures for conversions, hands down they are the best plastics ever made for chopping. I,m sure you would agree???

I started on some conte germans to go with my G.I.s. I,ll post some pictures when I get them done.

We have to get Gary(GK5717) to post some photos of his conversion collection. He told me he has over 200 from dutko 70-80? from you 50 plus from some other guy about 80 from me and god nows how many more??? That must be some collection of conversions he has now.

Binder, great stuff, what do you do , convert them, then spray paint them green? Now I will have to make even more, you and Fish are killing me. Oh Fish check the Playset addict site, Joe Baker is looking for you to get in touch with him. Nice stuff Binder, watch your fingers, and keep on coverting Mike.

Modwalls - yes, I convert them and for GK5717 I paint them a solid green color. For my personal collection/display I plan to paint them as GIs in France, so if I prime them, I prefer a tan color. Priming helps find errors, bad joints, sloppy filler, etc. Primary filler is two-part epoxy filler (Apoxie Clay).

I prefer the older system of "pinned" joints with pieces of wire used to reinforce the joint. It takes longer but I get a secure joint.

Just want to publicly thank Tim and Gary for their excellent work.
Although they are not running a charity it is worth every cent as there is absolutly no way I could do what these guys have done.

Flamethrower M1A1 was built from styrene bits and pieces. The Thompson was from H-R Products, added to part of a Thompson that was cast with that right arm.
