PBS has started a six [6] part series on Latino Americans. I missed it so will have to try and catch up
with reruns. At least the first couple of episodes. History of the early west a la Michener's "Centennial."
I grew up with "Latino Americans." Wasn't a big deal back then. They were third and fourth generation
and were just the Garcias [and etc.]. No different than the Jones, Shultz and etc families. Simpler life
back then.
