Saw this today. I enjoyed it but the better half was not impressed by the violence. Probably not a good date movie.

Tom Hardy (the bad masked guy in last Batman and also in Tinker Sailor), Shia La Boeuf (Transformers), Gary Oldman (also Tinker Tailor), Aussie actor Guy Pierce and Aussie Actress Mia Wasikowska (Alice in Alice in Wonderland)
Directed by Aussie John Hillcoat who directed The Proposition. Screenplay by Aussie Nick Cave.
Seems like Aussies doing quite well in Hollywood.
