Finally got to watch this yesterday on dvd and my wife and I really enjoyed it. D D Lewis was terrific in the role with some fine acting from him very much deserving his Oscar in my humble. My only slight moan which applies to many modern films is that sometimes the lighting is so dark it actually spoils the scene a little, some of the shots in the Whitehouse were so dark as to take away a little of the enjoyment, but as a whole I loved it.

Although I do think Dan Sickles leg should have got best supporting role.....if you'll pardon the pun!:wink2:^&grin

More ACW films please!
