If someone could give me a list of companies who have made WW2 US Marines that would be great. Maybe a link or 2 if you wouldnt mind. Thanks in advance!

The ones that come to mind are K & C (all retired) and Figarti. I'm sure there may be others but they don't come to mind.

A company called "Americans in Miniature" made U.S. Marines from the turn of the century through WWII. I even have a set they made of mounted marines from the 1920's in Nicaragua.

Martin Ritchie makes Marines in parade formation, but he may also have made combat sets. He only sells through mail order, as far as I know. His address is :

PO Box 323
Gilbert PA 18331

If you co back to the classic toy soldier makers, I think some Timpo GIs could stand in for WWII Marines. King-White/Reeves may also have had a couple in their catalog. They, too, made GIs which could stand in for Marines, probably with some repainting.

Among the newer makers, I also think of 21st Century Toys/Blue Box, they might have had some in their catalogs.

Prost!

Try Tedtoys - a well thought of US Toy Soldier maker - I'm pretty sure they make some - and are on the internet. Here's an example

Good suggestion, John! Those would do for USMC at our entry into the war, with those tin hats. That's a handsome set.

Prost!

Metal - unpainted - Valiant has made some great single figures, including WW2 and Korea

Plastic - stryene (model) 1/32nd - Airfix multipose
1/35th - multiple sets from Dragon (DML) including "Iwo Jima", "Guadalcanal", "Tarawa" and others

Plastic - soft ("toy") - Marx (although not called "Marines" until later)
TSSD
Airfix (1/72nd and 1/32nd)
Revell (1/72nd)
BMC (plastic copies of K&C's older Marines)
Atlantic (1/72nd)
Armies In Plastic - modern GWOT figures
Armies in Plastic - WW1 "doughboys" can easily represent WW1 Marines in France

Metal - painted K&C (original "Iwo Jima" series and a later series that had a different sculpting)
K&C - interwar China service Marines
Figarti - (WW2 island campaigns and "Wake Island" series)

Plastic - resin - 1/35th - some great WW2 (1943-45 uniforms and equipment) Marines from Warriors and Verlinden
Bravo 6 is doing some nice figures from Viet Nam
