Hhenry

the K&CUK event is on the Saturday night approxamtaly 7.30pm at the moment.

times may change as what is good is that we are talking with the hotel so that the K&C UK room can stay up over night so there is also a figure focus on the night.

Britains have their member doo on the Friday at the guards museum.

will you be over?

Tony

Tony

Thanks for the quick reply. I am tentatively planning on coming over. I have a paid ticket for the Britains event, and I guess I should have known that you would not plan your events the same evening.

Could I tentatively book a spot?

Just so you know we all wont be crammed in the K&C UK room.........we are using the small end of the hall as well. There is a movable wall as you come into hall B that will be slid along

But yes will be coole to look at all the stuff at your leaisuer and with Andy as well there, being able to talk over his own models every single one of them!!

Tony

Tony,
Thanks. Looking forward to the event. Do I just pay at the door?

I haven't been to this show since 1995, do most people stay in the actual hotel or another one?

Is there a discount or promo booking code if attending the show?

Hi Hugh

let me try answer your questions.

One you can pay on the door for the show........you can pay on the day for the evening eventIf so you can pay on the day £20 but please let me know if your coming tony@kingandcountry.co.uk as the places are filling fast and i have a 3000 mailout going next week to K&C UK members and the rest of the slots will fill fast. I have you down as Hugh just need your surname

You can stay at the hotel good rates for the centre of London.......although rooms are basic and breakfast is appaling. The hotel is set up for huge coach parties and they all seam to eat together like a University Canteen!! rooms worth the price but as i say forget the breakfast.

Sorry no special rate as they are so low already £85 against the Holiday Inn which is £190 per night. http://www.imperialhotels.co.uk follow this link for the hotel .....It is the ROYAL NATIONAL. 1st DECEMBER 2007

also see info on our other site www.thetoysoldiershow.com for any more details on the show

As i say want anymore info then please e-mail me

Tony,

Sign me up - Hugh Henry.

Is there a pre-entrance fee so collectors can talk to the dealers while they are setting up on Friday like I read about at the Chicago show?

Thanks, Hugh

Hugh Excellent it is shaping up to be a great iternational gathering.

you can get an earlybird entry at 7.30am which allows you in whilst the dealers set up......those that have not set up friday. e-mail me your address and I wil post you out a ticket and pay me on the day.

No chance Rob. Your photo is plastered all over their briefing sheets with a big "DO NOT ADMIT" and "KEEP UNDER CONSTANT SURVEILLANCE". :p

Rob - Just put on a false mustache, wear official looking clothing, and carry a badge that reads, "Inspector." Tell them you've heard of some suspicious activity, so you need to CLOSELY inspect the items on the table, and may need to take one or two back to the 'home office' for further investigations.

Good luck, mate!
