Those are nice photos you took from your Jacobite Rebellion sets, Steve.
I said it many times before, but don't really worry to repeat myself by saying that this series is definitely among the finest Toy Soldiers ever done so far :wink2:
Congratulations to these great additions to your collection.
Konrad

I am glad that they found their way to your home. AND yes, they are one of the BEST sets John has designed and produced.
Very interesting on the way you displayed and photographed them. The focus is still on the soldier but there is an excitement to the surrounding area …. Nice!!! Congrats -- Larry

Hi Steve,

Very colourful display and I assume the Scotch bottle isn't in the carton! :wink2: ^&grin

Steve...I'm glad you're happy with them...your collection is growing really fast...you'll be caught up in no time at this rate...my favorite Highlander is the guy you have posed with the Grenadier thrusting his bayonet...it's an awesome pose with a fantastic paint job...I love your quote...

"OK so you have seen them before but these are different..they are mine!!"

that is so funny...^&grin

Best series and figures on the market. Great additions. -- Al

Steve, super pictures and a fun backdrop!
Glad you are enjoying them, you are tempting me to collect, and I am trying to stick to French Indian War and Leuthen!

Thanks Lancer, Richard. I already have some ideas as to how i wish to feature my Jacobites in a diorama.....though not with a bottle of Highland water!!!.

I've said it before but the Jacobite series is the best of the best. I was a devoted French-Indian war guy for a long time - and still am - but the poses and colors of this series are unsurpassed. I had a soft spot for Battle on Snowshoes because it was such a unique idea, but it really doesn't compare, in my opinion, with John's work with the Jacobites. It is now my favorite of his many lines.
