I am looking for that Del Prado (I believe) Napoleon figure where his boot is resting on a drum - I WANT TO BUY IT !!!

If anybody knows what dealer may have it or have one for sale themself - PLEASE LET ME KNOW......

Thanks, Ron

Ron I,ve had this same request on here a few times already and still no luck in hunting down this figure. It is a special edition hachette figure made by K&C for hachette,s napoleon,s marshals series of book with figure sets like the del prado series but the books are printed in french.
This napoleon figure was a special gift figure given free to those who subscibed to the full term mail order series of these figures. They also recieved a special grenadier at attension figure which is the same one released in the K&C line but put out by and painted by hachette and marked as such.

So if any one has one of these figures please disregaurd Rons request and send me the figure!!! :p

Andy should release this figure as a collectors club figure, he has done so with many other del prado and hachette figures. Half the collectors club figures were del prado and hachette anyway.
Here is a photo of the figure!

Have you guys (assuming you did) check European ebay. They have a lot of Del Prados on there.

They did show up there a couple of times but the bids got to crazy, It sold for over a $100 if I remember corectly to an american collector the last time I saw one.
I once had a shot at one for $45 buy it now when I first learned about the hachette napoleon,s marshalls line but I didn,t know it was any kind of special figure at the time and thought it was a regular figure in that line and thought that $45 was a crazy insane price for a single figure but looking back now I regret that I didn,t buy it when I had the chance.

Unfortunately, we all have stories like that :(

Greetings from Oregon. I just was able to purchase a Napoleon at Rest with Foot on Drum from a dealer in Belgium for $65. I hope this is a good price to pay as I had to swear off any more figures for at least a week or two;) . Regards.
