Making a potted plant (1 Viewer)

Here is an easy how-to. I was walking arount Hobby Lobby and I saw these wooden dowel ends and I said to myself these could be used for pots. So here we go. Step one buy some wooden dowel ends or anything that looks like a 1/32 - 1/30 scale pot.

Step 2: Paint the pot. I chose a orange brown color.

Step 3: Grab a pinch of grass from those railroad scenery items or maybe some of that green foam that florist use.

Step 4: Stuff it in there.

Step 5: While I was at Hobby Lobby and grabbed some of these from the dried flowers section. I think these are called Heather Deliciosas. Just stick them in there and presto! You have a miniature potted plant for your diorama.

Now Alex, I have several of your repaints and I know that you are very creative, but man you have too much time on your hands.
