This may seem like a random question, but how does K&C do market analysis? Do they just read our forums? It would seem like a hard thing for a toy soldier company to do.

Dear Tex,
No they don't rely on the forum for market analysis. Although there are many King & Country collectors on the forum there are many many more K&C collectors not on the forum or even on the internet.
They use a variety of information including of course, sales. Collectors all speak to the company by what they do and do not buy. If people sound all enthusiastic about a specific product but it stays on the shelves that says something. If a product flies off the shelves and is hard to keep in stock, that also says something. Of course K&C pays attention to what is said and suggested on the forum so to some degree the forum does influence what they do but they have many and varied sources of information that they draw on when making decisions.
