Not a demand, more a question. As we have a para carrying mortar bombs when can we expect a mortar. There is a famous photo of a british mortar team at work, and figures to recreat this image would be great.

Also am I right in thinking that the Paras had the air portable american howitzer with them the same as in the Bulge set? A para team to go with that would be good to go up against all that German heavy stuff.:)

Yes, the paras and airlanding units had the US-built 75mm pack howitzer. They also had the 6-pounder AT guns. Both of these used Jeeps as prime movers and ammo vehicles. I read somewhere that some 17-pounders were brought in by glider but haven't confirmed it.

OMg:eek:What we need is some more recce jeeps with differetn figures in fighting poses;):DI thought the Polish forces came out really fast, I mean I expected maybe some more British figures before the Poles came out:eek:Great figures but:D

An ambulance jeep and medic figures would be cool, and some wounded, that little vehicle which carried Michael Caine's character in the movie 'A Bridge Too Far':D

Some more British armour and any kind of HALF TRACK:eek::cool:

And to top it all off we need some paras with opened chutes, or before the jump:D;)

Medical Evac Jeep or Figure set would obviously get the thumbs up from the old RAMC. After all more VC's than almost any other regiment.:D

I didn't realize that was the case. Very interesting. I know surgeon Reynolds from Rorke's Drift won one. Good on the RAMC.
