I’m trying to get in touch with someone who has done any research on the World War II Marx playsets previously containing Their standard Tin lithographed soldiers that Marx experimented with after they were no longer able to print on tinplate. For a very short time in late 1942 and early 1943 they experimented with printing their lithographed “tin” soldiers on cardboard.
I’m trying to find any advertisements or other information about them.
