Hi All,
New guy posting to this forum. I come here as a result of my late Uncle passing and he was a die hard collector of Airfix and Matchbox soldiers around the 1980's from memory. Whats unique about the items I am going to share with you is they are in fact still sealed boxes (at least 95%) and have been stored away in a room for a very long time. It has passed to me to dispose for the best price I can and before I go shipping these out to eBay I thought I would ask if any of the collectors who frequent this board would like the opportunity to buy them directly from me. I will of course be posting pictures of everything I have in due course.
I am based in Falkirk (half way between Glasgow and Edinburgh) so if anyone wants to come and buy directly from me that would be fine. I can otherwise ship - well packed to you.
I have made a basic list of items (see below) and have gone through eBay to check their rarity etc. The one glaring thing is very few listings have the boxes sealed and as far as I can tell this is a one off opportunity to buy something as it came off the shelves. You will note there are duplicates of most items - I have also included part numbers.
