Any of you plastic figure collectors have any of the large or small scale McFarlane's? I have the second series of the 1/32 (?) modern figures. They are really great figures but I probably won't get more because I don't really collect plastic or modern day figures. I heard there was to be WW2 figures but I have not seen those. These are really a great figure and bargain for modern warfare collectors. -- lancer

I've got most of the 1/32 - 1/30 scale figures, and they are pretty neat, with a lot of detail and pretty good paintwork. I'd not heard about the WWII line, so I'll watch out for those.

Thanks to Currahee Chris, I also got sucked in to getting some of the 6" figures, which are really well detailed. Space is a bit of an issue with them though.

The WW2 figures are based off the game Call of Duty: World at War, there have only been three made, but they do have excellent detail!

Wraith, try the McFarlane website www.spawn.com. It has the modern military but no mention that I saw of the WW2 figures. -- lancer

There are 4, 6 inch WW2 figures:
#1 USMC Flamethrower
#2 USMC Tommy Gunner
#3 USMC Infantry
#4 British Special Ops, Battle of the Roer Triangle
I bought mine at Toys R Us before Christmas and they had racks of them.
I was last at a TRU about a month ago and they still had a few.
When the above 4 figures were announced they also listed 4 others, I believe a Navy guy and a pilot, don,t remember the others.
Typical McFarlane quality.
I personally don,t look for anymore to be released as I believe this was somewhat of a trial bases.
As popular as WW2 Germans are, if they would be produced, with all their camo variants, they would be a great seller.

Thanks for the links guys, I'll keep an eye out for these ones.

Cheers
