Congressman wants the Medal of Honor for a paratrooper who knocked out a Panther.

There have been moves on this for a few years but it never seems to work. I read this guys memoir and it is quite action packed. I'd thought the tank in question was a MkIV but I can't remember for sure. One thing that stood out was Megellas kept count of his 'kills' and was apparently the leading 'living' top scorer in his unit by the end of the war. He's even visited his former unit in Afghanistan in recent years. He is a legend MOH or not.
