Has anyone heard anything about the Median Flatcar Wagon, ETG-045 . . . this is the railcar made for the Panther .

When will jt be released ?

I need to get my Panthers to the front . SOON . .{sm2}

Well . . .I have to do something for the troops at the front and get them some badly need Panthers. .

Sorry I don't have picture . maybe someday soon I hope . .

I went ahead and boarded a Honour Bound Panther on a Figarti ETG-037 Light Flatcar Wagon to see if there compatable and . .

They are . . very much so in regards to color and scale . . . All together they weight 7 pounds and the tank track overhang on the sides is only 1/32nd's of an inch. .which is hardy noticeable and was a big concern for me as I had planed all along to match my HB Panther with Figarti's upcoming ETG-045 Medium Flatcar.

But I fear this could happen to my railcar, like pictured below, when I put a 47 ton Panther on a 27 ton flatcar... . .{eek3}:D

Haven't heard ANYTHING from FIGARTI in a while, and it's starting to tick me off!!

It was my understanding that the additional cars would dribble out, so to speak, over the course of the year... anyone have a release schedule? I am waiting on the boxcar as well as the flatcar and gondola.

Okay... it looks like I need to make a call!{sm2} I'm holding out for Figarti or maybe K&C to make a Panzer III or Panzer IV in gray, buttoned up or with the figures detached, so I can mount a couple on flat cars for the train.... I almost bought a couple of extra K&C short barreled gray panzers but I didn't want to mess with removing the figures and then trying to close all the open hatches for proper train transport. I'll probably go ahead and get the extra flatcars and hope someone makes one in the future.

The Box Cars have been out for 6 weeks now . . . I got 2 of them . .

Arrggg!!! I wonder if my supplier is awake and manning his emergency hotline? I don't want to miss any of these add on cars! Looks like I'll have to reprioritize tommorows work schedule...{sm4}

I corresponded with Rick a few days ago, and there are some upcoming releases, he did not mention any new trains though. But I didn't really ask him. I had corresponded with him for other reasons. It seemed to me as though there is some planning as to where Figarti is going in the future right now.

BSP is currently working on a diorama that does involve the Figarti Trains. We will do a lot of clear pics so anyone who is on the fence about a particular item might get a better idea what it really looks like. The scene should be out in a few weeks.

Thanks Firebat . . I just hope Rich doesn't lose interest in making the flatcars for the heavy armor. Myself, I purchased ALL of the Reichbahn items, which was a sizeable expense, because Figarti's site said they would make the Medium Flatcar, also . . .

Can't wait to to see the train diorama . . .{sm3}

I will ask about the Heavy Armor Flat Cars the next time I correspond with him.....We are REALLLLLLLY excited about how the Train scene we are doing is coming out. We tyeing it into The Great Crusade. We are now going to release stills in between Episodes.

I haven't gotten into the Figarti train series yet-but sure want to. It's just a matter of parting with the $$$ that it's going to take...and how I settle it with my wife {sm2}

I was unsure myself, until we started the German RR scene, now I am hooked, ordered some more.......WHY?....It is WWII, but it is obviously another venue, and a refreshing change of pace.

When we did Episode I of the Great Crusade, it was a prelude to the main events of D-Day, we thought it would be boring, but quite to the contrary, we are finding it difficult to surpass the scenes of Episode I, with the typical combat we are doing for Episode II.

We will try to get the scene we are doing out as soon as possible.......This will be part of our new policy, to put out stills in between episodes to support either the previous episode, or the upcoming episode. I really think you are going to enjoy it. We will post it here and in THE GREAT CRUSADE section below. Alex

I can definitely recommend this series! I hope Figarti continues to grow this line the way some manufacturers are expanding their warbird lines... really cool stuff.^&cool Brings back memories of rail-heading to Graf!:)

I kind of wish I had jumped on the Leopold railgun. Maybe an armored train? I've seen some pictures of German flatcars with 88's in what sems to be a direct fire mode on the eastern front, looks really ^&cool. Not being much of a kit basher due to lack of time and skill, not necessarily in that order, I was hoping they might even come out with a few more buildings for this line.
