Can't make the first video viewable via mobile device. Don't know why. YouTube just won't let me . Maybe when you get home try again because it can be viewed from a MAC or PC.

You're right this didn't happen last year.

Further investigation reveals that YouTube has placed a "copyright" notification on the music from a 3rd Party. Therefore, it has limited viewership affecting some countries and eliminated mobile viewership too.

I used music from my old CD collection of 25 years ago. Listen learned is just use music you've personally produced or royalty free music found on such sites as "audiojungle.net" That will eliminated YouTube placing a hold on your video or playing endless Google ads on your video without compensating you.
