As the 'official' chaplain of the Forum (self-appointed! ;) ) I would like to wish all our Christian friends a very merry Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Savior! This is a joyous day as we remember God coming to live with us in the person of Jesus.

For those of other faiths, have a very happy holidays!

On behalf of Shannon and myself, blessings for the New Year.

Merry Christmas to you too, Pete. I personally feel that no matter what faith you follow, the ideals of Christmas (peace on earth, good will towards men, the spirit of giving) are universally true and good.

Wishes for everyone that they have a nice Christmas and New Year. I watched Saint Olaf's choir preform in Norway on Public Broadcasting the other day. They sure have a nice choir. Leadmen

Woo hoo! Thanks for the compliment (I'm an Ole). I couldn't try out for the St. Olaf choir when I was there because my nursing courses took me off campus for a year and a half but I was in the Manitou Chorus, Chapel Choir and Chapel choir chamber ensemble my freshman and sophmore year. I had my 15 minute (more like 15 second) claim to fame on one of the older St. Olaf televised Christmas concerts.
Um ya ya and Merry Christmas!

A very merry Christmas to you all! Hope you also have a great New year and find many great soldiers for your collections!

A very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all. May we all remember the most important part of the holidays is family and friends. For instance I love my K&C gifts this year but I have had more fun playing with my 22 month old daughter and her $20 toy castle set. The princess must be saved yet again from the dragon.

Thanks to Peter and Shannon for running this forum. May we all have a great New Year and may this next year bring peace on earth and goodwill to all men.

Old Guard.
