All day and into the morning hours, Michael Caine movies on TCM. Just showed 1956's Hell in Korea. Amongst the line-up is The Man Who Would Be King @ 3:30 EST and Get Carter @ midnight. I hadn't seen Hell in Korea in ages and had forgotten how good it was and what a great cast it had. Harry Andrews is the NCO, and he stars along with a 23 year old Caine, George Baker (25), Stanley Baker (28), Stephen Boyd (25), and Robert Shaw (29). A good show. Sorry, I didn't see Zulu listed, although it is possible it was on early this AM before I checked listings. -- Al

Just a side note to 3 of the actors in Hell in Korea: Stanley Baker, Stephen Boyd, and Robert Shaw all died with 28 months of each other. Baker died in June '76 @ 48 years of age (cancer related); Boyd died in June '77 @ age 48 (heart attack); Shaw died in August '78 (heart attack). Three great actors gone way too soon. Also, Hell in Korea was originally titled A Hill in Korea. Don't know why the name change. -- Al

Thanks for this recommendation. I saw Hell in Korea on Youtube by simply googling the title and there it was. Great memories for me as I had seen this when I was a kid.
