Anyone planning on going to the MI toy soldier show on July 13th. I've gone the last few years and have always had alot of fun. This year the show is in a new location so I'm kinda curious to see what the set up is like and how long it will take me to find my favorite dealers.

The Mi show is the only one I have ever been to but with all the talk and hype behind the Chicago show I'm 1/2 way tempted to load up the car and make a trip to the Windy City this year.

While I have never enjoyed the opportunity to attend the Michigan show, I have been exceptionally fortunate to have attended the Chicago show. I would encourage you to convert your half-way temptation into full implementation and load up the car and make the trip. It is the experience of a toy soldier collector's lifetime! You won't regret the trip! You may, however, regret what the trip will do to your bank account.

One of the major benefits of attending the Chicago show is the opportunity of meeting so many of the Treefrog Forum members. It is wonderfully pleasent to become better acquainted with the great folks that populate this forum.

All in all I thought the show went pretty well. I came, saw and bought what I wanted and conversed with others who convinced me that I must go to the Chicago show. After talking to so many great people who go on and on about the Chicago show I don't think I can pass it up this year. Anyone have any tips to pass along such as which hotel to stay in, what the layout is like etc....
