Missing 9th Legion sets (1 Viewer)

Really like this range and collect the 9th Legion sets and generally buy 2 of each set, but noticed there are some sets missing in the 9th Legion which are in the 30th Legion, does anyone know if they will be released? For example the following are some of them missing,

ROM07C Prepare To Launch

We have not made these as C version variants and I think its unlikely we will now make these I am sorry to say.
