Well, not really, but Mister Dave inspired me to purchase the Frontline Logo WW1 set. After talking about it on the Britians thread, I started keeping an eye out for a good deal on one....and March Through Time had a pretty starting price on an eBay auction...could not resist....The set comes a nice box with flip lid, and with an outer sleeve. Sorry for the bad picture quality...I was in a hurry...

That looks awesome, and I am honored I could provide the inspiration...now I just have to get one for myself some day. Congratulations on your acquisition!

That's quite a nice looking set there! Thanks for the pics. I'll have to look into this range.

That's a very interesting set.

When d'Artagnan (the toy soldiers shop in Montreal) moved a couple of months ago, it was on sale at 50%. I bought other Frontline sets (ACW) and when I returned a week later to buy it, it was gone. Too bad.

You made a great acquisition. Congratulations.

Pierre.

You didn't try the hide it in an obscure corner trick? Not that I would do that myself :D, but 50% off hmmm. I'd better be careful or this hobby will lead me to a life of crime:eek:!

Hey Brent-

I have held off from buying that set for sometime now simply because it doesn't fit with my collecting goals at the moment. In my opinion, it is the best WW1 set to come out in the last decade, with the exception of Britains Mother Male. It is an exceptional piece and I hope you get all the enjoyment out of it you can.

Respectfully,
CC
