Thought I'd post for Mike (aka Modwalls) some of the work he's created which is only a small sample of what he's done and start this THREAD for him. Mike's unaware of this as of now so feel free to ask questions which I'm sure he will answer additional photos to follow....The Lt.

Me me me me I have a question! Who scribed all those bricks and how did you get it to look so good?

Hi Kiltedvampire, Mike of Modwalls, about a year worth of work. Not on this one, but for about 4 of the same size. I also made 17 Farmhouses of similar style only smaller. I made wooden jigs and tsquares to guide my linse straight. I don't build one at a time, I try to build multiple one or two for me, and the others for sale. I alsi have various sizes of walls, in lengths rangeing from 12' to 15' and 2 1/4" high to 3 1/2" or more. They still are not complete, I am doing all the roofs in a multiple sawdust finish. When I have them all done, They will be sold along with 4 to 6 walls and newells. These are all hand made by myself, no two are alike, the doors open, and the windows are all hand made. I hope to have them painted by may or June. I know many of you are like me, and you would rayher make them your selves. I am building these for the guys that can't. Hobby On Mike.

Here's a few more photos of Mike's work.....The Lt.

Whoever built the Roarkes Drift buildings, at what price could I get one built......You can PM me for quote or further your sales by public posting......Michael

To maddadicus, or Michael, The Lt. or Joe, re made the Hospital I built him. The Lt. even built a great matching commissary storehouse. Maybe you can talk to Joe, and ask him if he wants to sell the one I made him. I am still busy finishing up these Farmhouses with sawdust roofs. I will be selling them for $200.00, along with four wall sections of 15" long, x 2" high. Each section comes with a 1"x1" x3' Newell. Also 12 crates 3 different sizes. It's alot I know, but I have put countless hours into these buildings. I refer to the stone work as brown stones and grey stones in a brick pattern. The chimneys are done in a brick size brick pattern. The full dormer roofs come off, and the upper floor comes out. The two doors open, and every window is usable. I do plan on making more in the future, with dummy doors and shuttered windows. I hope this helps anyone who is curious about these. Hobby On Mike.

Michael (aka. maddadicus) The attached are photos of the Hospital Mie(aka. modwalls) built and I'm still putting the finishing touches on. It's far superior in it's overall construction along with materials and features than the one I built for myself.....The Lt.

Michael, I've got no separate parts but can but what I can do is send along photos showing how mine was down. I've got to find trhem and I'll send them along......Joe

Michael these are the only photos I could find. I used 1/2" Sturdy Board for the buildings and 1/4" for the roofs. Using the map of Lt. Chards drawing showing the placement of doors and windows I then proceeded to cut individual sections cutting the doors and windows. With trial and error it slowly but surely came together. I recommend that you uses the pink foam instead. As I mentioned I have no parts but Mike (aka modwalls may consider assiting you in that area......Joe

maddadicus. or Michael, what I can do for you is, I can scribe you some stone work or stucco looking pieces. I know your very talented, I have seen your work. I was also thinking I might start scribing different size sheets of foam. I can sell it much cheaper, and the do it your selvers like me, can just make their owe roofs and bases. I will even start selling six packs of different style windows. I will just have to figure out a pricing system. I could even try putting everything in a kit form, and do it that way. The good thing about this foam is, it is pretty durable at 3/4" thick. It will save me tons of time. I still would be able to sell completely finished ones, to those who have a harder time.I will be seeing the Lt. next week. He will be able to re give me the dimensions. I hope this will help. Hobby On Mike.
