Yo Troopers, does anyone have a photo of Monarchs 4th Dragoons (not light Dragoons). Mister Dave gave me Tedtoys site in USA, has them listed for sale on site but no photo. Emailed them but did not reply. They were part of the heavy charge at Balaklava. Dont let me down Troopers or its a weeks Jankers for you lol.:D
Bernard (ex Trooper QOH).

Bernard, If it has been a few days try another email to Mr. Deddens (Ted). He has responded to my emails eventually in the past. I think he tends to be rather busy with his own enterprises, and in addition does the master paints for Britains gloss figures, and on top of that may be getting ready for a show in Michigan this coming weekend. Sorry, I don't have any photos to share, but did see a large display of the light and heavy brigade figures he brought to the Chicago show this past Sept. and was suitably impressed. Good luck in your search.

Bernard.

Oh, sorry Bernard, I meant another email message not a different email address. Again, good luck in your search.

To my knowledge the only two websites on the net with pictures of Monarch's sets are Tedtoy and Toy Soldiers Paris (above), so if they don't show the set, you will be hard pressed to find a picture. Ted is a very nice guy but sometimes he takes a little while to return emails so give him some time. You may have to make due with a description of the set and the assurance of people like myself who collect their samurai line that you will never be disappointed in the quality of a Monarch set. I also have the #129 Crimean single figure and it's superb.

You could also try emailing the company directly in Thailand at: mrpregal@ksc.th.com but note I've never emailed them or know anyone who has besides retailers, so I don't know what will happen, but it's worth a try! I got this email from WM Hocker's toy soldier resource page: http://wmhocker.com/index.php?s=resource.
