Does anyone know if or when will we see the arrival of some FL British WWII Africa Troops in the FL DAK range???.....These seem to be much needed and a bit over due......Hopefully soon^&confuse

Yep, it is due, We got the DAK. But no one to fight with. Hopefully in the the next few months we will hear something about it.

This post got me thinking about what the DAK called the English in North Africa? Was it just Tommys? Did it change after Monty arrived?

I have heard English refer to Germans as Jerries, Huns, Fritz, etc. And the Germans refer to the Americans as "Amis."

I know this probably belongs in another thread, but this is the one that spurred my thinking.

The Germans kept on refering to "Tommis" until the end of the war - as in "tommi-cookers" aka Shermans.
